I'm going to guess that you may need a reduction after your weight loss. You will probably lose volume but I don't think that much. I would check into your insurance's requirements.
Mine were pretty similar but I had implants. Truthfully I don't think mine look all that bad now, not that I wouldn't take a lift if I could but now as bad as I thought.

You'll likely be a good candidate for your insurance to pay for a breast reduction after you lose 90 pounds. Or, if you have the money for plastics, a breast lift may be an option. I know many women in my support groups who talk about how good they feel after their breast reductions at around 18 months post op. Photo is not offensive to me at all. DAVE
