Thank you. I do appreciate the passion and advice of others. It is obvious most have done much more research than I as well as more experience than I. I spoke to my surgeon for a while earlier today and I was very confused on the terms but do understand the proceedure and the side effects that I will have to live with. He will be doing a BPD. Chonic loose bowel + the risk of malabsorbtion if I am not careful and do as he says.
Dare I ask for anyone tto reach out to me that has had this proceedure as a revision following RNY?
There is something wrong with this picture. Last night in your original post you couldn't even spell the name of the surgery you were going to have, or already had, or thought you had, it wasn't clear. Not only was the spelling and grammar terrible but everything about the post spelled uneducated, perhaps not even familiar with the English language, basically someone without a clue.
Now, all of the sudden the poster is articulate and informed. Either you were on some heavy duty medication last night or you took smart pills today. Or the person who called "troll" was right on the money.

Over worked and sleep deprived. I made a bad decision to post my 1st inquiry in that state of mind. Thank you for noticing the difference today. I am a very well educated professional with my wits about me today. Thank God I was not behind the wheel of a car.
