An experienced surgeon's view on the band- not bashing!
I can't believe how many folks have all different kinds of problems after getting banded.
There are a mother and daughter at church that just got it done. The daughter has already been back for a revision. Sad part is they are telling everyone they had the same thing done I did. Well, no you didn't. I had RNY, you only had banding.
so many people fail with the banding I don't know why they still do it other than like you say there will be more money because there will be AT LEAST one more surgery.
