I would not trust a surgeon who would lie to you, how does he know this, on what evidence is he basing this very false opinion.  If your breasts are that big they are filled with fat which you will lose and they may become very long and thin like tube socks at your age, be prepared, because it has a better chance of happening then not.

Good Luck

We all lose weight in different places, and one never knows what our bodies will do.  Don't be disappointed if they "deflate", there are lots of push up bras, and illusions you can do to help them during the process.  I look at my tummy area, and I really hate it, but its much better than the issues I had with being overweight.  I make myself laugh when I complain about the silly areas, as I realize I am just like most women and have problem areas.  My arms are larger, but I look at them as my remembrance of how far I have come, and have learned to accept them.  Just try to stay positive no matter what your body does, as no one can predict the future....

IF you'd asked me 6 month's ago I'd have said Nope, no hope. Now however...LOL.

During the initial weight loss and for the first year and a half of so my poor girls went pretty small (I actually liked it as it was more comfortable to run. lol) then in the last 3 months or so I've gained about 2 pounds and all of it seems to have gone straight to the girls. They are looking way more normal now. LOL. Not so fun for running, but dealable. I've lost just around 100 pounds, but am in my early 40's so I didn't really expect the bounce back for the girls, but not upset that it happened

I was spilling out of a 44 DD at 280 lbs. After a 140 lb loss, I'm now a 36 C/D.

My boobs look like potatoes in sweat socks. I have to move them aside to buckle my belt.

Surgery is definitely in my future, along with an arm job. A plastic surgeon told me that I have a "double D breast sack holding a small C worth of tissue."

In the meantime, I wear a dynamite molded cup bra that makes my figure look fantastic as long as I'm in clothing. (Its the Ava bra made by a company called Fantasie.)

By the way, I would rather be thin and saggy than fat and flabby. In spite of the skin issues (and the upper body is only 1/3 of the issues that need to be addressed), I haven't regretted my RNY surgery for a single second.

Well good luck on your plastics. I am hopeful that insurance will cover for me.

I was 38 when I had surgery and I have lost 155 lbs.  My breasts look MUCH better now then they did before surgery.  They look pretty much normal.. not super model perky, but normal.  Before surgery, I had the breasts of an overweight sumo wrestler.  They were all wide, stretched out and the nipples were flat and pointed at the floor.  I expected a flatter version of these after my weight loss, but they actually look like BOOBS NOW!!!  My nipples actually point in the right direction and everything.

YAY for boobies!!
