vitalady.com has a great selection of samples. As far as what tastes good, everyone has different tastes.

I love ISS Oh Yeah Products -- so much so that I ask at every event I go to: "Why isn't ISS represented here?" But, I digress, ISS Please Come To Our Events, It's Not ALL Muscle, Yanno.

ISS has put some of their best products in "sample-kits" for sale (*notes that many companies are doing this*) and the price is pretty freaking awesome. Now, you can only buy one per month, but if this is a good way for you to TRY THE PRODUCT without whining about the price, DO IT. These are worth it -- five products for $4.99 and $2.50 shipping for most. Yum.
