Low calorie sugar free hot chocolate recipe

I love this stuff and is has been my breakfast for the past 2 weeks.
·         Hood Calorie Countdown milk (1 cup- 70 cal)
·         Saco premium cocoa (1 heaping tablespoon - 20 cal)
·         Torani sugar-free syrup (with the coffees- 0 cal)(I like caramel or hazelnut)
·         Pure unflavored protein
·         Ground cinnamon (1/2  teaspoon)
·         Whipped light cream (1 tablespoons- 10 cal)

Heat milk in microwave for 1min 45 sec. stir all ingredients then microwave for another 45 sec. Then top with whip topping. It is sugar-free and only 100 calories.
Enjoy!

I've been trying something like this, using cocoa powder.  Having a tough time getting the cocoa
powder to mix thoroughly.  I also like to use stevia, along with instant coffee, but leave out the whip!
I use n/f dried milk, which is great for adding protein.

So much better than the Nestle's hot chocolate mix with 250 calories and all the added sugar!

Yours sounds yummy!

I mix mine in magic bullet... and use almond milk or coconut milk for real no carbs drink. I also use stevia. And sometimes natural flavor - like vanilia or almond
I "nuke" my cocoa in microwave... enough to see it rising... the add other stuff to it.

Well, I'm trying a small whisk, which usually works, but it looks like the cocoa powder is so finely
ground it just doesn't mix easily.  Ratz.

I put some nutmeg into it this morning.  Yum!

try mixing the cocoa powder with a bit of milk first, it mixes better that way.
