Darn, I expected a pic of you holding a bar of cream cheese in one hand and a jar of mayo with a spoon in the other.. how dare you gorge on healthy normal food!

I DO eat whipped cream cheese with a spoon, just like peanut butter. Breakfast of champions!

I occasionally have a spoon of it sprinkled with kosher salt.. fat was never the issue for me, it was the overabundance of carbs that went with it!

The other day I "pigged out" (well..2/3rds of the meal was from pigs) while waiting for my husband to have HIS coronary stuff tested.  I ordered a side of bacon, a side of sausage, and a side of two eggs over easy.

I met someone at a Denny's two weeks ago and they have something called Build Your Own Slam.  I got bacon strips, link sausage, eggs and more bacon strips.  (I let them keep their cheap and carby potatoes and toast.) Hmmm...that  one was 75% pig.  I seem to be in a rut.

See!!! That's the way to do it. When I used to come home on vacation I would go to Cracker Barrel and ask for "Pig every way you make it." They even have a breakfast that has bacon, sausage and, I believe, ham. I've only been once since I moved back to the U.S.
