YIKES.. I FORGOT ALL ABOUT YESTERDAY...AN ANNIVERSARY!!!

YESTERDAY WAS MY MONTHLY-VERSARY ..... 4 YEARS 8 MONTHS POST WLS  thank goodness I celebrate me and life everyday ... so while I really did forget I did do something special for myself ... simple things that make me happy ....I did my hair in extensions ... perfect timing too cause it is chilly as hell and now my neck is warm TEEEE HEEEE ... and I made myself a wonderful meal of baked lemon salmon in foil off a recipe someone shared on a thread below ... it was DELICIOUS!!!

I even forgot to take my pic yesterday ... and I just remembered it was my monthlyversary ... so I snapped a piccy of my hair in the bathroom at work...



oh and I wanted a snap yourself in the mirror piccy too... cause I am a picture AW LOL


I have reason to celebrate ... each and every day ...

4 YEARS AND 8 MONTHS MAINTAINING SEAMLESSLY....

NO MORE GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX
NO MORE DYSLIPIDEMIA
NO MORE DIABETES
NO MORE HYPERTENSION
NO MORE SLEEP APNEA ... CPAP STOPPED DAY OF SURGERY YAY!!!

I am celebrating life ONE DAY AT A TIME .... and loving it! with all the ups and downs and challenges and frustrations ... it is all good...

I am celebrating my now healthy DD ... NORMAL CPK YAY!!! DERMATOMYOSITIS IN REMISSION YAY!!! who is cruising on the Carnival Cruise line ... Cayman Islands, Belize, Honduras, Cozumel .... and she tells me she has gone parasailing? YIKES ... I am sprouting grays ... please be careful daughter!!! Can you imagine this is the same chic who could not even pick her own head up off her pillow a few months ago? My beautiful DD ... Have FUN baby!!!

 Guara, that recipe is a few threads down ... it is down in 123 and was delish.. the combo of dill and lemon did the trick and hit the spot ... try it I know you are going to love it!
