I am so aggravated. I cannot change my avatar picture. I have tried several different ones and several different sizes and none work. I don’t seem to have any problem getting them in my photos albums. Any advice?

Yeah, the OH software is a PITA sometime.

Often what happens is that the avatar does change but you can't see it because it's cached in your browser. Try doing a force refresh on a page where your avatar is. How to do that varies by browser but often you hold down Control or Command when clicking on the refresh icon.
