YES - I WOULD DO IT ALL AGAIN
I find I do best if I eat a LOT during the day. when I am working it's easy to just a bit when I am hungry but then at the end of the day it is easier to over eat. I feel like I "deserve" more which is dumb.
but if I eat a bunch of good, satisfying food all day it's better in the evening. more likely to just eat normal and then stop is what I mean.
