I couldn't find any picture either. Or really very much information about them at all.  They need some help with their website!  I'm intrigued enough to buy some, though, I think.

You can call over there and talk to them.  They will give you any information you like and they have always been great with me over the phone. Get the Pizza's for sure.  Those are my favorite.

When I had surgery 4 years ago there were low carb dinners in the grocery freezer.  That is no longer the case.  If you are still losing, I would suggest buying what looks like the most meat and then just throwing away the rice, pasta or potatoes.  I use the stuffed cabbage or salisbury steak meals just for quick convenience.

That sounds pretty good, but if you don't add any liquid at all, is it dry and chewy? Or do you get enough liquid drainage from the animal flesh to make it moist?

Wonder what would happen if I poured a bottle of bbq sauce on the mess.....a little moisture and a lot of flavor........

K, thanks. I'm gonna go find a critter to cook.

Nope, not into game meat at all.

I'll just buy a large chunk of critter flesh from the grocery store, preferably cleaned, plucked and frozen. Hopefully on sale.

It'll be either beef or chicken/turkey. Not so much into the pig meat.

Lean Cuisine has a broccoli and beef tips meal that I enjoy...Walmart always seems to have it in stock...most grocery stores tend to sell out....
