6 Months Post DS Update w/ Pics!
I wanted to share my 6 months update with the OH community!
Highest Weight 450 lbs BMI of 68.4
Surgery on 03/14/2011
DS weight 410 lbs BMI 62.3
Current weight 292 lbs BMI 44.4
weight loss thus far 118 lbs and 61 inches all around
Size 34W to 18W in 6 months
Sleep Apnea gone
High cholesterol gone
High blood pressure gone
borderline diabetes gone
I still have a long road ahead of me however I am very thankful for the opportunity to have WLS. The Duodenal Switch changed my life and I will be forever grateful!

and thank you too! my user name has 2 purposes! lol
1.) it reminds me I can't eat "no more (bread) rolls"
2.) it is a goal to someday have "no more rolls" on me.
I'm trading rolls for jello, flap jacks, and fried eggs instead...which I'd rather have any day.
