under belly rash

i have what was thought to be a yeast infection under belly, but this first time when i went to clean it, one part towards my thigh, had some pus, i have never had that before..i clean a few times a day with ho****er and dial soap, but it seems to be getting bigger and redder. what am i doing wrong, dr appts are weeks away. any help would be appreciated

I use the equate brand ( powder) spray of athletes foot spray...I clean under my tummy, pat it good and dry...then spray on the spray...Then I use a prescription spray that my doctor gives me which is called Nystop...It really helps a lot...I will use it around the vaginal area, but gotta be careful how you spray it there...I spray along the outside edges...Might ask your doctor about this...It works pretty good for me...I clean the area once a day, and use the spray and powder, it clears it up real fast...I always spray and use the powder once a day whether I feel that I need it or not...its like a prevenative for me...Sometimes though I still have to get a prescription pill for the yeast...Good luck !!!

You are most welcome...I hope it works for you...If your doctor will call in the prescription powder * Nystop* that would be great....

My doctor keeps track of everytime he gives me a new prescription of the powder, and pills...Plus my druggist said they can give me a print out of the many times Ive filled the prescription...Hopefully I can get my insurance to pay to take care of my tummy...but do I really want to go through another surgery? But yet I would love to be rid of this tummy...I would eventually like to have my arms done...They are so embarassing to myself...I can barely stand to look at them...

Document!! Document!!! Document!!! Keep receipts of everything you buy OTC to try to control it. Make sure your doctor documents every time you go in for it. This will be what you need for insurance approval when you go in for plastics.

I use this powder called "Anti-Monkey Butt" lol. I found it at Rite-Aide. It works wonders. Everytime mine gets red, I put it on and it's gone the next day.

I found that Monostats Powder-Chafing gel worked great to keep me from getting sore in the first place. If I got sore I used Gold Bond Triple Relief powder. Really helped me.

Good luck and keep your reciepts.
