The funny thing is I do feel empowered now. I have let him know he can no longer bring food over.  I have let him know alot of things lately...that's why we are seperated! And trust me, he has tried to kick my ass before...literally! and again...that's why we are not together..I'm so glad I'm able to figure these things out before surgery!  Thanks for your support!!

Ain't a thing "holy" about that dude's behavior... Do agree with kicking his ass though...

You did it. It's done. You can't change it. Go on.

The thing is to learn from your own history and it looks like that is what you are trying to do. Beating yourself up will just make it worse for you.

Relax. Of all the things you COULD have eaten, chicken isn't a bad choice---even *gasp!* FRIED chicken.

You're still pre-op, so you have no 'tool' to help you resist in moments of weakness. That WILL change, once you have surgery. But remember, YOU are the one changing. Other people will always and forever be eating things that perhaps you shouldn't.

I do agree with you. I guess I'm just panicing because I want to make sure the weight is off before surgery.
Thank you for your support.
