I did several years of participating and training in psychodrama- I found it to be very useful and a great form of therapy.

"What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls the butterfly." Richard Bach

"Support fosters your growth. If you are getting enough of the right support, you will experience a major transformation in yourself. You will discover a sense of empowerment and peace you have never before experienced. You will come to believe you can overcome your challenges and find some joy in this world." Katie Jay

That looks like something we used to do in improv. I don't know if it would help me with eating but it looks fun.

When I've done it, it wasn't fun.  It was very intense, difficult work.  Helpful, but hard.  Not fun.

improv as in acting?  you are BRAVE!!!

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

I have a brief video describing what it is and how it works:

I find it to be a very powerful healing tool. If you are considering it, I encourage you to find a certified practitioner near you, using the website for the American Board of Examiners.

Ever heard the saying "God helps those who help themselves"?

So why are you looking into WLS? Why hasn't your "God" taken care of your weight problem for you yet?
