Good for you re: the college and the jogging! Good luck with your drain.

 ((((())))))  Dear Steve  !

My experience  is   its best to stay as still as possible as LONG as possible   so Ur body can heal without stretching out the scar .

I understand being anxious to move around  and exercise  now that  U can move so much better ..  but I would try to  wait  as  long as I could possibly stand it .

Theres  a huge difference a few years down the road  between making a  tiny  line of a scar  disappear  vs  one  a few inches wide ...

love and hugs

Not to be rude, but i rather not mention that to someone that has a private profile, mine is private too, but only recently, I had to make it private. So much personal information was being taken lately, my walls are up. I would love to tell you what i am studying but not until i get to know you more. i hope does not offend you.

God bless
Steve

You're n the quarter system? Not many colleges do that, most are on semesters. Mine was on a quarter system too and MAN it was ROUGH!!!!

Advice:

Relax, take it easy, and focus on healing, not jogging! Don't pust yourself too hard post op, be very careful! The quarter system is not very forgiving if you wind up having to take some time out for illness, to heal from surgery, or recover from fatigue. IF you're out for a week you've missed a big chunk of the quarter and would have a difficult time catching up with the work.

You feel okay posting on a public forum WHERE you go to school, but NOT what you're studying there? And after all, you previously posted on this same PUBLIC forum what you were majoring it, so anyone *****ally wants to know can easily find out.

I understand wanting to keep things private, but ANYTHING you EVER post on-line will be available pretty much forever.
