Let's Make a Deal!

My hubs will be home tonight and I'll get the egg-less ceasar dressing recipe from him and post it here later on.

Thousand island is actually very easy:

One part mayo
One part ketchup
A little bit of pickle relish (I like dill pickle relish, but use sweet if you like it that way)
A teeny pinch of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste

For russian dressing, omit the relish :)

I've had this, but never with the cayenne.  It's wonderful for dipping bell pepper.

The cayenne is for perking up the flavors just a teeny bit, but you have to be very careful not to put in too much or else you'll the infamous cayenne heat. Unless of course you like it spicy, which is just fine too

what an INTERSTING post !    yes i  hav made many a  " deal"

First of allI eat largely fat free

promise  fat free margarine and BUTTERbuds  ( buter solids run through an expeller  and madefat free )    are my secrets to UNDETECTABLE  great taste ...

I make everything from    lasagna  to strudel to spanakopita fatfree....

now many people heredont VALUE   that

they dont value fat free carbs

but  I  will tell U  that eating  protein anf fat   and veggie s  two hours apart from fatfree  carb- rich desserts  and side dishes WORKS   for weight loss and sccessful weight maintenance ...

jes saying .. im a size zero  and i eat the tastiest  best food   EVERY single day !!

I DO  like splenda  but i eatvery little of it ... i lost my taste for sweets after my RNY

High carb might work for your body chemistry, but it wreaks havoc with mine.  We're all different.  My blood sugar bottomed out on me at work one day after I ate a piece of pot pie.  It wasn't pretty.  I also retain a lot of fluid if I eat too many carbs.

Everyone needs to do things differently, yanno? I am not a size zero (don't want to be) but I am pretty slim- and more importantly I am exactly where I want to be with no trouble maintaining, and I don't limit either carbs or fats. I eat everything that I want really, and that works for me..

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

God I hate that delete button !   Zero , 2, 00 .. pretty much  depends on the clothes .  a few things like strapless  dresses i have to go up a  size or two  and take in the  hips ...

Size absolutely doesnt matter  .. i have unusually small bones.   But just saying  .... no i would NEVER  wantto not to be  smaller than a two .   I did post that i could live with it ...  if that ends up being my bounce back weight - thats all .

I DO  think that  in the REALLY  LONG  RUN (  like  life expectancy )   people  who have a bit of extra fat on em seem to have better longevity  ...

I kept everything I ate preop- substitutions just do not work for me.. I like the taste of real stuff and almost never think the "faux" recipes taste anything like the originals.. Mostly they gross me out.

The only lower cal version of anything I use is milk.. I use carb countdown milk simply because I like it, anf because of the sheer amount I use.. I drink a **** ton of lattes and I would easily drink 600 cals a day at least in milk calories if I drank whole milk.
