Teetering on the edge

Emily, I try to get in about a 100 grams of protein a day.

Here's what I've had so far:

Skim milk 8
Egg 6
Chicken thigh w/skin 15
Cottage cheese 14
Protein shake 28
       Total 71

I'll have some kind of meat with dinner and a bedtime snack of maybe cheese.

I'm doing OK.    I appreciate your concern though.

 I am TRULY NOT   a fan of large amounts of protein ...  but  I  find that drinking several  VERY low cal  low fat and zero carb  pure whey  shakes (  or one scoop as creamer in coffee or tea...) a day REALLY helps me not to be hungry .  

I like isopure   ( 90 calories , 0ne gram fat per scoop , and  zero carbs )  myslef - banana  and cookie and cream flavors ( the cookie is good in coffee ) 

i have two  scoops  in the morning - usually as a creamer in my  metabolism - starting chai tea ...

and then  a scoop in the afternoon in a coffee  .   

I end up eating a lot less   especially   snack food type stuff...

I used to do chai tea with vanilla protein when I was a newbie.  There was something so satisfying about drinking it in the winter time.   I'd forgotten all about that.
