Today was the day when I got on the scale and when I stood straight up it read 160, but when I leaned just a tiny bit it was 159 ½.

I’m almost in the 150’s again!  Soooo close.

Regain sucks, but I believe I’m going to make it back to my goal weight.

I just finished my boiled egg and ½ cup of oatmeal for breakfast.  I had some coffee with skim milk this morning at home.  The journaling has really helped me to see what I was doing.  I brought some healthy food to work for lunch and snacks today.

Here’s the plan:

Mid morning snack – ½ c. cottage cheese, SF jello w/pineapple chunks

Lunch – baked chicken thigh, cooked cabbage

Afternoon snack – Unjury vanilla protein shake, 100 calorie bag of popcorn

I’m going to make a point to exercise today.  I’ll either walk or else workout with a video.

I’m so excited!!!  It’s really happening!

The thing that  really changed things for me with exercise  was  switching from  HAVING to do it to contriol my weight and my Body  .. to WANTING to do it for  the way it made me feel .. and because I enjoy it .

I have a very short little course  which I  make myself  get out  and do  first thing in the morning .   If I want to turn around at that point .. if im not ENJOYING IT  I DO .

Usualy i keep going  ...

its very important to always give myself a positive enjoyable experience .. then i am EAGER  to exercise the next day ...

and even getting out there and doing a LITTLE regularly turns out to make a PROFOUNDdiffeerence in  how my body looks and feels

Yeah, and it's KILLING me!    I almost feel like doing something crazy to get there.  I'm trying to restrain myself from doing something extreme that will come back and bite me in the butt.
