Last time I went home I made a point to have a Krystal burger too.
There's just something about them. The ratio of onion, mustard, pickle and meat is perfect. And they're so soft you can almost inhale those jokers. No cheese, that just ruins it. I have to buy one and then immediately leave the restaurant or I'd hurt myself.
White Castles are in the south, just depends on where you are whether you'll get WC or Krystals. Nashville has a ****ton of WCs and what's even better that WCs alone??? They are paired up with Church's Chicken in the same builing. Sweet heavenly grease balls. YUMMO!

Why does grease make everything taste better? I used to buy fried fish plates and the best thing on it was that bread under the fish that had soaked up the grease. It would be slightly compacted and had this incredible texture.
