I don't want to be a wlaking compost like with the switch, where food just goes in and right out.

Like this gem I just found buried in some long assed post.  Lord love a duck.  When I went to a local support group, I learned about the 10,000 calories we DSers must eat a day just to survive and how we all get some kind of infusion due to our malabsorption.  (Massive eye rolling here!)

Bless your little ol' pea pickin' heart for the PSA.  At least you're putting some facts out here.  I did correct the misinformation at the group yet I suspect it fell on deaf ears like most of your pearls will be ignored by the eyes that see but do not comprehend.
