You should be the poster person for getting regular labs, vitamins, and seeing the doctor for follow up care.

This, too, is a visual of non-compliance.  I wish you only the best as you re-gain your health.  It is heart breaking how many people do not take follow up seriously.  I'm not saying you didn't, it's just a general comment based on what I've seen.

Thank you for reminding us all how serious WLS is.  I applaud your courage to tell it like it is.  If you manage to reach just one person and convince them to do what is needed, you've earned a jewel in your crown.

Man headstones give me the creeps. It is a reality though and I was close to having my own. While I was hospitalized they said my window looked out to the cemetary next to the hospital. I was hallucinating and I seeing A LOT of dead people. They were NO FUN!!

I didnt take follow up seriously. Ive paid the price now. Thats why I try to tell my story once in a while to maybe make one other person take thier health seriously.

Thank you for sharing your story.  I am the type of person who tends to start off doing what I'm supposed to do and then just stopping for whatever reason.  I know it is a weakness of mine, but your post is going to help me to break that kind of pattern.

I am very glad you have such a wonderful family, and wish you all the best.

Thank you so much for using your mistakes to help others.  God never wastes a hurt.  You are brave and kind for posting this!
