I'm looking for any recommendations on any decently priced clean and not too far from downtown. Ive seen a lot on-line but looking for some suggestions from someone more familiar with the area, I will only be staying one night! Please Help!!!

Can't help you on that side of the state, but give me a holler if you ever have to be in Philly.
How's the public transit out there? It's great in Philly, so you can stay further from center city.
Have you tried posting on the PA state board? You might get more local folks there, since this board moves very fast.

OK I'm from Cleveland but I know the place. My brother can do Friday traffic dahntawn on a Friday afternoon where the natives fear to tread.
I like to stay somewhere along the Parkway West. My favorites are the extended stay places because they have full kitchens. They will take short stays.
You will have plenty of choices right on top of the shopping areas in Robinson Twp. just south of the airport. As a bonus, the IKEA is there. EatNPark has their corporate HQ at Robinson and they have a nice buffet.
Out on the Parkway East try Monroeville.
If you are coming in along the turnpike you can get off at Rt 60 and go south rather than take I-79. Much more scenic and way less traffic. Leads you right into Robinson Town Centre.
If you want to be north of the city try Cranberry Twp. Traffic is a little crazier, and be aware that some of the downtown exits have exit signs that are hidden by the overhead bridges. You may not see them until it is too late. Especially Forbes, but that is in Oakland.
All of these areas have the usual national chains. Hope this helps.
