Special Day today
Hi Everyone,
Today is a very special day for me. It is my birthday and I am 66 today. What makes it so special is that I am able to do things I never dreamed I would do. I am healthy, happy and have added so many years to my life because I had WLS and have maintained my weight loss of 105 for almost 3 years. I did this for ME and NO one else. I feel so very blessed that I had WLS. Hugs, Suzanne

You will just as successful. One day at a time. Always make yourself come first. Pay attention what you learn along the way. Sometimes we really don't want ALL of something just a bite or two or just the taste of it.

GEE thanks, you have come a long ways yourself. You are soooooo beautiful! You should be very proud of what you have accomplished!!!! This has been a life changing journey for me. I have learned a lot about myself and food. I eat now because I need certain thing. Foods doesn't control me, I control it.

Awwwwwwwww that is so sweet. I met and fell in love with this wonderful man about 6 1/2 years ago. He loved me when I was fat and he loves me just as much now. I need that much time to spend with him. I am so very lucky to have all the things I have in my life.
