Does anyone have an app on their smartphone that they are using for food tracking?

Hi Jody,

I have a Droid X  and I use Calorie Counter. You can list daily foods, search for food info, restaurant info and nutritional info for all foods. I use the restaurant info to give me heads up when we go out to eat. Makes me feel better when I know I can find what I need.

You can even scan bar codes on products in a store for info.

Its a great app. It is in your market for free.

Hope this helps.

Kathy

I use the MyFitnessPal app....it syncs with anything you've entered online and has a bar code scanner.

I love it.

MyFitnessPal is very easy and convenient.

I've used both Calorie Counter and MyFitnessPal.  Both are good choices, but MyFitnessPal seems to have a larger food database.  If I recall, the Pro version has a vitamin tracker, too.  I haven't used it, but it seems like I saw that listed.

Either one's a good option.  They're both free, so just download and see which suits you best!
