I just looked at your profile and you are a true inspiration. You look fabulous! You really give me hope because I am starting out what you weighted at one time. It looks like I have a similar body type as you had. Do you do weightlifting? You are very tone. Congratulations on your anniversary.

Hey Crissie ~ Thanks so much! I do home workouts from Beachbody - P90X, Turbo Fire and ChaLean Extreme to build lean muscle, keep my metabolism burning and tone. Its what works for me!!! If you have any questions, let me know. You can do it!!! Just commit to living a healthy lifestyle for good and don't ever look back!!! HUGS!

A big congrats to you for 8 years of re-birth!! It is still a journey and hopefully for you a good one indeed! My anniversary (3 years) was 8/20/08. I can still feel how I felt the day of surgery and even afterwords, I guess that never disappears! It also helps me when I start to get a bit careless with my diet to just remember that day and how I felt. Best wishes to you and keep up the great work!! Take care Mary
