Trying to get my Sexy Back On since Weight Loss
Hormones are ragging again since my weight loss, I'm 54..I have one problem with my body yet! It's those bat wings I have left, no chance of plastic surgery..anyway Am looking for some sexy nighties that will accomodate my sagging Arms..,maybe elbow length silk sleeves. Havent seen any in stores ..Is O H starting a new clothes line for Wls P O's.? Or does anyone know any place that sells stuff like these?

As for the hormones - you might consider bioidentical ones. I get testosterone every 3 months and feel great. Got through menopause without any hot flashes, mood swings or insanity. Really didn't even realize I was going through it, to be honest.
I'm 50, have started working out with a personal trainer and am blown away by the results in just a month. It has to be a combination of the high protein diet and the testosterone. I had my surgery September of last year and because of acute tendonitis in both feet about a month afterward, I wasn't able to really walk or work out for six months. I keep an 8# medicine ball by my PC to do arm exercises while I read emails or watch videos; have some stretch/resistance bands by the TV upstairs and either use those or do exercises on my BOSU ball while I watch TV; and when I take my older cat to the litter box, there is a bench in the room that I do tricep dips on while she does her thing.
I'd like to have some work done but decided to work out with a trainer for 3-6 months to see how much I could do on my own. I'm really pleased with the progress so far and may not need to get the work done after all. We'll see how it goes. I've been fortunate to not be obese my entire life, it's mostly just the past decade...so I don't have huge amounts of excess skin, I just look like a Sharpei.
