Funny incident to share

Soooooooooo precious . . .

Last night I touched my right arm and instantaneously panicked!  I thought "OMG, I have a big growth on my arm".

Then I felt my other arm and I had the same thing on my left arm. 

It was a freakin' muscle!  And, needless to say, I'm gonna keep on goin' to that gym baby.

lol--now you know not to be terrified when you find that
big lump under your breastbone (Xyphoid Process) or those
funny looking knobs right below your hand (on top of the
end of your arm) called your wristbones!!! I just love
my collarbones!!

I found some weird lumps on the outside edge of both of my shoulders - yup, you guessed it, bones.
ha!  who knew? 

I understand.  I spent the last 10 years saying I don't wear sleveless.   Now my arms aren't gorgeous, but this year thanks to lapband and Zumba, I wear sleeveless.  Keep up the good work!

 I had the same thing happen the other day!  I was doing dishes and I thought my arm looked weird.  I felt it and damn if it wasn't a muscle.
