I keep Weigh****chers frozen treats in the freezer. Things like Key Lime Pie and Brownie Ala Mode Sundaes.  They are about 200 calories. I can take one out and eat it and not have to have a whole cake or pie in the house.  They are NOT sugarfree or low carb or fatfree, just portion control.

I know you've said you don't care for protein powders, BUT, I feel inspired to mention that 1 scoop of Syntrax Matrix Orange Cream powder mixed with 6 ounces of 0% Greek yogurt is like eating a bowl of orange frosting.  LOL   Sure does the trick for my head!  :-)

The eggface link previous poster gave has a shake cake that you microwave. Takes about 2 minutes. Super easy and it really is a cake. Good luck with your surgery.

I've used whey isolate protein powder in SF pudding. Put 8oz of FF milk in a sealable bowl.  Mix in protein powder.  Add small box of SF pudding. Close lid, and shake container about 2-3 minutes. Chill for 1-2 hours.  Spoon out 2-3 oz and eat. Sweet favor, protein, easy to fix, no cooking required, and only about 4 servings in the batch. DAVE

Atkins protein (candy) bars have less than 5 grams of sugar and some more than 10 grams of protein. Sugar alcohol and fat is high on some of these, so watch out. I break them up into 2-4 servings when I want a treat. I also have a lot of SF pudding or SF popsicles. Mostly I'll have shakes, fruit and yogurt.

The best protein shake ever is Click Espresso Protein in Vanilla or Mocha. If you like Starbucks coffee drinks, you will like Click. I mix it with almond milk and poor over crushed ice. I'm so in love with this protein I want to buy stock in the company.

starbucks has a bunch of mini treats that are under 200 calories and really tasty. my favorite is the salty caramel square. sometimes you just need something sweet.

this may be weird, but i eat 2-3 prunes when i have a sweet craving. i always keep prunes and other dried fruit in the house for those craving times.

good luck wth the BOB!
