Favorite Salad Dressing? (x post)

 Now that I love salad I would love to find some good healthy salad dressings. Any suggestions??

Also I love the chickfila spicy salad dressing. Is there anything like that except healthier that you can ake or buy in the store?

A little olive oil with some red wine vinegar.

 I'm a huge fan of Greek yogurt. It is the most versatile thing ever! Try adding different herbs, seasonings, and condiments to it to make almost any type of cream-based type dressing.  The Magic Bullet works great for this! For a spicy dressing, I add some salsa, Greek yogurt, cilantro, and seasoning salt and blend it up. It is yummy on chicken too.  If you like oil based dressings, you can use olive or seasame oil and any type of flavored vinegar, then add herbs and seasonings.

I also like the annie's organic brand - lite ginger is pretty good

I like the spray on ones- they get all over all the lettuce without using much.  I havne't had them in awhile, but there was an asian flavored one that I really liked.  Salad... it's been a looong time since I had one... sounds good. 

I love a good balsamic vinaigrette;  Paul Newman's is a good one.  Gives a great flavor, and also puts the EVOO in your diet which helps your constipation go away.  (Sorry if too much Info!)

 

I get a balsamic vinaigrette when I order a salad at McDonalds (Bacon Ranch Grilled Salad).  It does have some sugar.  But most balsamic vinaigrette are good...Read the labels...
