This does apply to weight loss

I read this quote and loved it and I did NOT say this myslef.  I do feel that is does apply to weight loss.

I am glad you enjoyed the quote.  It took me a lot of years to figure that one out.  But, once I did, I was so much happier.  I only needed to control myself and than everything fell into place.

Great quote and very true. I was complete by myself years ago.. just fat! 

If you rely on anything outside yourself to make you happy, complete or otherwise give you something you think you lack, at some point you will be very disappointed.
