OT: prayers please
Please keep my sister and brother-in-law in your prayers. They lost everything in a fire yesterday at 6 am. They were at work and were notified that their house was on fire. They went home to find their whole life gone. I spent yesterday taking Harley to get dental surgery, then spent the rest of the day at my sisters watching their life finish burning. Al and I are going over tomorrow to help start cleaning up. Dumpster got their this afternoon while we were there. They are staying with different family members.

They lost everything. My sister had a severe anxiety attack when arriving on scene and had to be treated by ambulance personnel with oxygen. They had had their home 12 years. They are thinking it was probably electrical but was called "undetermined cause". The house was built in 1876.

That is so sad (though I am happy the puppies made it out okay). They will indeed be in my thoughts. I hope their insurance company will respond quickly so they can start to rebuild their home. Remember, they lost things...they can still hold on to the most important parts of their lives...each other.
