Tammy, thanks for kicking us off today!  It's been a good Monday, and went to our group support meeting tonight and shared my journey with a room full of pre-ops.  It's great to share what a terrific life they are headed for.

Eats:

B:  2 oz. turkey meatloaf, collards

L:  3 oz. pork roast, 2 oz. pretzels

D:  Salad w/lettuce, onions, cheese & grilled chicken.  Lowfat ranch.

I used to post regularly back in mid-2008 and 2009. I'm getting back on track so now I'm back and hoping to lose about 20lbs by early Sept.
