questions, long but please read
Eventually you might be a candidate for some kind of revision, yes. However, there are things that need to change first:
1. Quit smoking or don't bother doing anything else about your weight. Non negotiable, period, end of discussion.
2. Get off the carby beverages. NO WLS will allow you to drink your calories. Fix this or don't bother considering any kind of revision.
3. Get on a GOOD supplement regimen. Get GOOD nutritional lab work done and bring your undoubtedly plentiful nutritional deficiencies into line. Also NOT negotiable. If you are not willing to get yourself into good nutritional status, don't bother with considering a revision, because you will only get sicker.
4. Get into therapy RIGHT NOW and fix whatever is driving you to such self hating, self destructive behaviors. Do not consider a revision until you know what is eating you and have a darned good handle on healing it. I was in therapy seven years (at twice a week plus a psychiatrist) before I could sit in the same room with any mention of my weight or how I ate. It took another three years before I was able to do any meaningful therapeutic work on the stuff, and four years of DAMNED hard work to get to where I was ready and able to make a change.
5. Get REALLY REALLY educated about WLS in general, how to eat and act right with the surgery you have, and ONLY THEN go about learning about revision options. The fact that you don't even know what surgery you had speaks volumes about how utterly unprepared you were for this journey. Don't try to even get a surgeon until you know what the heck you're talking about. You need to SELF EDUCATE, NOT rely on a health care professional to tell you what to do in this regard.
Okay, that's my advise about your eating/weight situation. Now to the pain: GO TO THE RIGHT KIND OF SPECIALIST AND DO IT NOW. That would be a gastroenterologist.

Please call your surgeon. Swallow your pride and GO. You could have an internal hernia, gall bladder disease, etc., etc. These ALL require surgical intervention.
Please, don't let your pride stop you from accessing the medical care you need.
