Beliteweight reviews HELP
No clue about Dr. Rodriguez except to say there is only ONE acceptable DS surgeon in Mexico and that is Dr. Gilberto Ungson. I don't know which procedure you're wanting, so that might not apply.
You are from Nashville and have Dr. Houston listed as your surgeon. Has that not worked out for some reason? Or is your insurance being troublesome? He has a very good reputation, though I know nothing off the top of my head that anyone has said about his hospital or other personnel involved in your potential care there.

I don't know Dr. Rodriguez in Mexico. What procedure are you wanting? I am taking a guess you may have to be a self-pay since you are wanting to go out of the country.
There are some really good, experienced surgeons and some that are NOT experienced at all. PLEASE research all you can on a particular surgeon and feel comfortable with your choice. Price should not be the main reason for choosing a particular surgeon.
Good luck!

i WAS GOING TO GO THROUGH DR. HOUSTON BUT MY INSURANCE WONT COVER IT. i WANT TO HAVE THE SLEEVE. i THINK ITS THE SAFEST ONE FOR ME. AND IT MEETS ALL MY NEEDS. BELITEWEIGHT OFFERS IN HOUSE FINANCING WITH A DOWN PAYMENT. I HAVE LOOKED OVER THEIR SITE AND THEY HA VE ALOT OF TESTIMONIALS BUT I WANTED TO FIND SOME TESTIMONIALS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I HAVE AT LEAST A MONTH BEFORE I GO FOR SURGERY, SO IM LOOKING FOR ALL THE INFO I CAN GET. THANKS
Ah I see. I wondered if it was an insurance issue. You might take a look at the Mexico forum and see if you can find anyone there.
Frankly, I would have grave reservations about programs that are basically medical tourism with one stop shopping like that. Tell me about their hospital and their general plan of action. What's their website? Who's this surgeon? Where was he educated? What kind of options do you have if there is an emergency or complications, either intraoperatively or postop? How are you going to do your followup care regarding anything that might crop up with surgical complications? What if you have to go home with an open wound or a feeding tube or other issues? Will your insurance kick in with such a scenario? What surgeon would be willing to follow you if you have these kinds of problems?
Again, I know zilch about this surgeon. These are the kinds of questions I would ask anyone who's going out of the country for surgery.
Who's going with you? How will you care for yourself during your immediate postop recovery period? How long will you stay?
One more little thing: Typing in all caps on the Internet is the written equivalent of shouting. If you don't want to bother with proper capitalization, the custom is to use all lowercase letters. It's one of those social niceties things.

Ah. I found it. Listen, this is a medical tourism company, a scheduling service. My advice is FLEE FOR YOUR LIFE.
If you want a good surgeon in Mexico, look up the one I mentioned in my first post.
Next thing: Why is NOTHING mentioned on that site except lap band stuff? The supplement information is an outright lie.

I don't know about that particular Dr either, but I did use beliteweight when I had my crapband. They just add fees to what your surgeon would normally charge and do nothing for you. I have heard good things about Dr Aceves in Mexico as far as the sleeve goes. I actually went to his hospital once to have flouro done on my band. It was a nice hospital. Maybe you can look up some of his patients?
