B*TCHFest, because I promised you all

Unfortunately no help from animal control- per them, he's meeting the dogs needs. It has a doghouse for shelter, access to fresh water and food and shade. He will not part with the dog, he just got it a couple months ago. I believe he usually brings it in at night as well.. Our animal control in this city is a shame, it is under staffed and overworked.. they do not counsel. I am one of the neighborhood busy-bodies, and have tried. Trust me, it bothers me to no end- but short of stealing it..

Edit- he's supposedly moving to a condo on the N side, where he I would imagine, will not be able to chain the dog out all day long.. I just really hope he hurries.. now on the dog **** matter, I will be contacting the mayor's action center if it isn't dealt with soon, as I'd call that a health dept issue?

I would steal it.   And if the dog is living in it's own feces that is an animal control issue as well.  Have they actually been out or are you just assuming they won't do anything?  Sometimes just a visit from AC wakes people up.

They had to have seen it to know about the dog house. Plus we also keep an eye to make sure the water is always full.. and she's got plenty of food.

The stealing thing I can't do as much as I'd like to, number one, not my property- just can't go there.. number 2, I think the dog, despite the doo not being picked up properly may be the only thing this guy has left to hold onto and love. He's a pretty sad dude. His wife did everything, then she died. He's got some mental issues, my husband talks to him (he's a professional in the field of the developmentally disabled..) if anyone can wake him up, it would be DH.. not animal control, plus again, they won't do anything unless the dog is being mistreated, they don't consider chaining out during the day mistreatment. This guy is a piece of work, I can't stand him.. but on my softer days I do feel sorry for him.


Edit: just reported the dog feces issue.. hopefully they will look into it soon.

Oh yeah, one more- to the rednecks across the street. Get your ******g kids in the house by midnight, before midnight even WTH?!! There is no sane reason why your 11yr, and 7yro & 6yro should be kicking around playing loudly in the street that late or later on a freaking worknight!! You dip**** crappy parents! At least since your dog bit the neighbor kid you don't let that thing run loose all day, or did animal control take it away? (hello leash law, idiots) now do the same for your kids, since they should mean something to you..

I'm sick and tired of a very annoying co-worker who has her nose so far up the bosses ass that I'm surprised she can still breathe...also, she thinks she is my boss (NOT!) and she can take her condescending attitude and go **** herself.

Ive only been aroud OH for a little while. Can anyone play?Because my boss is going to make me crazy today.

 My sister is a *****  Always was and always will be.  Looks down her nose at me.  Actually had the nerve to ask why I had WLS instead of seeing a dentist.  Hello?  I have medical insurance, not dental insurance.  I sent her an email about doing paperwork for my mother's investment and she went on a rant that all me and my brother cares about is money.  I wanted to do the paperwork right so it wouldn't mess things up.  It is exactly like it was growing up.  I am 53 years old for God's sake.  Does it ever end?
My 2 teen daughters at home fight exactly like my sister and I did.  My older daughter is just like her aunt so I have it at both ends.
The idiots that think since it's almost the 4th of July that means they have to set off fireworks all night so that my dogs and the NINE dogs next store all go crazy.  I don't dare confront them because I live at the corner of Crack and Meth and I don't know what these people are capable of.  There was a dead body lying on the sidewalk all night last year because the police were investigating his murder.  Not the best neighborhood in the world.
Did I mention my sister is a *****  And I still have to deal with my ex husband and his psycho parents because of the grand kids.  I thought when you got a divorce you were through with the person.  Not if you have kids.  They are in your life forever.  And speaking of forever, are these people going to live forever?  They are 94 and 87 for God's sake.  My parents are dropping like flies and these evil people will live forever.
