Boy your post came at just the right time!  I was feeling kinda down this afternoon and that sneaky little voice in the back of my head was whispering "you know you can't do this"
It's great to hear of your success.  
I know the first couple of days is the roughest because it's hard giving up carbs when you love them so much...but it has to be done.

Hey there -

I wouldn't recommend cutting out carbs all together.  Obviously if you have an additiction or trouble with controlling how many you eat, then cut out the bad ones.  Switch to whole wheat, oats, and good carbs.  We need healthy carbs for energy and we cannot eat carb free forever.  So cutting them out temporarily for weight loss will be just that - temporary.  When you add them back in, you will regain.  You can do it.  Focus on lean protein and vegetables first, then good healthy carbs last.  And add some exercise in too to burn more calories than you take in.    You can do anything if you put your mind to it!
