I'm having one of those days myself. When I start thinking of that I try really hard to either drink some water or take my calcium (since the consistency of the BA calcium chews are like starburst candy).

Not feelin hungry.Other things have come into play today so I am trying to spend my time communicating with people who can offer kind words and support.

Hey Ted,

 sent you a fb message, didnt get yours until 6 ish tonight. I hope youre better, Im having the same kinda day. It happens to the best of us. :) I literally wanted to just lick something today.lol. 7 days of broth,popsicles and jello.... ughhh  I wanted anything with flavor to hit my tongue..  The thing is, I WASNT even hungry.. I had A LOT of stuff on my mind and just wanted to eat.. Then to top it off I got the foam crap tonight. Took a drink of cold (first time I had cold) crystal ligh****er and poof, foam all over ... Gaggn n heaving.. I need to remember to sip sip , not drink.. But hell, it was 95 today, I was a thirsty gal... ttys

There have been days where I just couldn't stop snacking, it happens. You need a plan of action though - I always made sure I didn't keep anything in the house that could really derail me. Keep healthy snacks - fruits/veggies, other low calorie filling snacks around. Otherwise, play a game, or do something with your hands to keep you occupied!

Yeah, that whole "thinking about eating because there's something else going on."  Been there, done that.  A lot of people just get it out.  Post a "rant" post, or add to this string.  Say just exactly what you want to say about the situation, the people involved will never read it...  Or if you don't feel comfortable in a public forum, write it up on Word or something.  You can save it or not.  The cool thing about this is, while you're pounding the keys you won't be eating.  And you can use all the swear words you want, and call people names and be just as nasty as you wanna be!  LOL!

Alternatives could be to take a walk?  Read a book?  Play an online game?  (This doesn't work for me, I'm the world's worst Angry Birds player, and I just get frustrated and want to throw the iPad.)  Pet the cat?  Call a friend?  Jump in the shower?  Amazing how fresh the world looks after a shower.

Good luck darlin!  You'll get thru it.
