Hi WETEO's friends!  Welp, I woke up in the middle of the night sick as a dog!  Of course I got the flu like I was hoping would not happen.  So, no eats for me today...will try some chicken broth later on or maybe homemade egg drop soup if I can keep it down.  I literally just woke up at 2:00 pm.  That is 8 hours later than I usually wake up!

So hey, what's on YOUR menu today??  Do tell...

Edited to add: Hey Martitalinda!    I just made the no-bake oatmeal raisin cookies for my son and the verdict is in...HE LOVED THEM.  It took me all of 3 minutes and they were done!!  I also added 1T of my BSN Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder and 1 teaspoon of my Sugar-Free Honey too.  They came out ooey, gooey and chewy lol.

I'm too sick to try and eat one myself but I did set one aside in the fridge for when I can.  I have to say that I love quick and easy recipes that call for things most of us have in the house already.  This goes for the cottage cheese pancakes too...I have everything readily available.  Going to try those tomorrow hopefully if my stomach feels better.  YUM!!  So thanks again and please keep em' coming!!

Hello there ... got home from Bikram around 6:00 .... sitting on the deck with the laptop after dinner with family.... just checked in because I am going to start working on a centerpiece for my friend's baby shower on Saturday morning ... they asked I do a diapercake and you know I am going to out-do myself in my crazy style LOL ... have something awesome stuck in my head and can't wait to get my fingers on it ... okay ... here goes... I drank tons of water today because I knew I was going to sweat like crazy at hot yoga... so I only had 3 meals ...

Bkfast: 1/2 DK eggwhite vegetable flat bread with cheese...

Lunch: 1/2 bowl of last night left overs ... Squashghetti w/ground turkey sauce...

Dinner: on my deck just finished eating ... DH manning the grill ... 1 muslo de pollo despellejado con sazón y azafrán (1 skinless chicken leg with sazón and saffron) with a side of chopped collard greens with smoked turkey ... and this is my actual plate...

Hydrated hydrated and hydrated all day .... and lost it all in sweat at Bikram .... ohhhhh it is so hot in there but on the way out it feels soooooooooooooooo good ... like all the kinks got pressed out....

HAVE A LOVELY NIGHT MY BEAUTIFUL SISTA ....

Hi there!!!  Yes, I eat the same things now as I did when I was still losing, but on maintenance my calories and carbs have increased slightly.  I did a very detailed blog post titled "Maintenance is Bliss...17 Months and Counting" about my meal plan whi*****ludes numbers for during my weight loss phase and the last 18 months on maintenance.  Here is the link...hope it helps!

I just read your blog and it's amazing how similar our eating is.  I also eat between 1200 and 1400 calories to maintain and pretty much the same on the other things except I eat a lot of protein, at least 100 grams a day.  I also don't worry about the healthy fats and sugars.  I am just starting on this so it's good to see someone who is further along and see how they are doing.

Really...that's great!  Yeah, this is what I have found to work for me...and work WELL. :)  Unless my scale starts to go up (which is hasn't in 18 months), I don't plan to change it - ever.  My eating plan never feels like a diet and is easy for me to sustain long-term.  Glad you agree and please keep me posted on your progress in maintaining.  Congrats on making it to goal, BTW!  Glad you checked in!

Thanks love!  Now only if I can EAT the darn little chewy rounds of goodness.  Can't wait to try them! I just love it when I make and feed my son healthy foods and he has NO idea.  I mean, it's just a dessert cookie in his eyes.  Now THAT is parenting success. LOL
