At the beginning when the reporter starts the story. It is as though she is implying that diets (fads) and surgery for wls are gimmicks. I thought I was reading mor einto it until my 110 pound older siter called me up and said to me, "Did you think she was implying the WLS is a gimmick?" so it isnt just the people on here that thought that. You should have seen the message boards for that photo until they shut them down. Lara Spencer does need to learn a little tact and more careful wording.
