Now that it's summer, he's lying in front of the air conditioner vents.    He always manages to find the most comfortable spot in the house.

The late JCBeast (my DD's cat) did the same thing starting as a scrawny kitten.  The stuffed toys were as big as he was at first.  Then he added cell phones, palm pilots, jewelry and anything shiny to the toys.  Keep your small electronics hidden, lol.

So far he's sticking to fuzzy stuff.    I guess it's more like fur.

They're hunting and showing you their skills.  I have 4 cats.  One caught a mouse in the house, and one of the other cats, spent the next three days bringing all kinds of toys to my husband's side of the bed to show she was a good mouser too.

When my husband would be sick and stay in bed, his cat would stay with him.  By afternoon, she would go out, catch a mouse and bring it to him.  She made it clear that she could do a better job of providing him with nourishment than I did. She never understood why he would not eat it.

Y'all all just be glad that you are just contending with  cats and dogs.....I've got a young possum who keeps finding a way to my living    room...He found the cat food! I've threw ...assisted him out the back door three times already...He is cute, but i don't really want him hiding under the couch waiting on a free meal....
