Chef Dave - Standing MB input thread...
I think having chef Dave on board and on an OH Group/Message Board is AWESOME!!! shoot I am even checking out his own site too and signing up ... His content most definitely 'has value' and I for one am certainly going to take full advantage of the value added here too... It is AWESOME to have an author letting us know that he is available to interact with us and many of us will take full advantage of it ...
BTW I am STILL anal about tracking my intake/output and I will most definitely incorporate several of chef Dave's awesome RD-reviewed recipes if not all of them.
How long do I plan to track calorie and nutrition stuff? lets see .. hmmmm... I am post RNY and my DH is post kidney transplant and lower limb partial amputation ... and we are fine and healthy now ... I am running and he is walking with trace of a limp ... HOW LONG DO I TRACK CALORIE AND NUTRITION STUFF? FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE I INTEND TO DO JUST THAT ... AND I FIND THAT I ENJOY DOING THIS ... THE CHOICES ARE AWESOME AND VARIED AND NOW WITH CHEF DAVE I CERTAINLY HAVE VALUE ADDED, YAY!!!
I certainly appreciate this. Love the idea and the concept .... WELCOME CHEF DAVE!!! I THINK YOU ARE AWESOME!!!! and I don't mind going to an OH conference OR HERE or on his blog to check out the myriad of delightful recipes that I and my family will certainly enjoy....
Again thanks....

I would be one of those autographed book owners. Chef Dave's food is a bit more gourmet than you will see on other sites, he is a really honest to god chef.
I for one have learned a lot of time saving techniques in some of the old videos I found online on the weigh loss surgery channel. Maybe you guys should check it out before passing judgement.
Are there any videos on your website Chef Dave?

Great question!
Through out the past few years an educated guess would be about 15%.
