TMI: Endoscopy, Colonoscopy and Hemorrhoids OMY!: Update

I had the procedures done today and the endoscopy showed that my esophagus is swollen. Everything else went fine. Booty is a little tender from the hemorrhoid banding but otherwise fine. On a side note the surgeon made a point of scheduling me to see him in two weeks about my HIDA (heptobiliary) scan. Apparently he saw something the GI doc didn't and wants to discuss what he found. Okie dokie. On the down side it seems I have developed a sensitivity to the anesthesia. The put it in my IV at 9:45am and I didn't fully wake up until about 7:15pm this evening. Apparently I called the nurse and told her I was nauseated and vomiting and that people were calling my name even though nobody was near me at the time. I vaguely recall her saying if I didn't stop throwing up to get to the ER. I don't remember how I got home, I don't remember throwing up at all. I don't remember my daughter coming home from school and talking to me while I layed on the couch. But she said she did chat with me and that I did call the nurse and I had her on speaker phone so the kiddo knew that I would have to go back if i kept up with the vomiting. Apparently I also ate some pretzels since we were out of saltines in an effort to get my tummy to settle. i remember none of this. yay for good drugs huh? LOL
Anyway, will find out more in two weeks. now I just have to learn some patience lol

MiniMe no kidding right? At least this way we know if we have to try something else.Or at least have someone standing guard over me for several hours after to make sure I dont do anything crazy.
