Hello everyone I know it has been a long time since I have been on the board, but life has come into play and I don't have as much time anymore. Working and going to school full time.

So here is my question. I will be posting a link for a survey I am doing for my final psychology paper on transfer addiction after surgery. I have included all types of surgery on the survey. So it would be really great if you could just answer the 10 questions.

I'm confused...the first question is "How long ago did you have gastric bypass surgery". Where are the options for other types of surgery??

I have updated the first question to indicate weight loss surgery instead of gastric bypass, and question 2 asks for your surgery type.
