Thanks. I knew it was right (the instruction part) but I rounded down on one of her answers when I should have rounded up so I thought maybe I best leave it to those of you who got it right! XD

So, if my label said.... 30g protein per 5oz and I only ate 2.... I would do the following -

Divide the 30 by 5 (the oz per serving
Then take that number (6) and multiply by 2(amt I ate)

So I would have eaten 12g protein, yes???

I have a husband taking a math class, and I'd have just told him to multiply by .75, if that's okay with you lol.

In any group of a hundred people, there are probably 2 or 3 sociopaths. In a group of a thousand, more like 20-30. They function very well in "affinity groups," where people have things in common and tend to trust strangers. I am NOT saying not to trust anyone. I AM saying that there are probably two dozen sociopaths hanging out here and looking for victims. Most are NOT serial killers.
