My Life is Changed Forever

I don't know if you remember, but I was asked to be on a show that airs in the U.K. and Australia. The show that I was part of is airing now and I wanted to share some snippets of the portions I was on.

So much has changed since this show was made. I'm a totally different person. Some days, if you've recently been sleeved, you will wonder if you made the right decision. If I wasn't convinced before, I am now. I've had stalls, the weight hasn't "fallen" off, but I'm not the same woman I was in these videos. I don't sit to cook anymore. I don't struggle with walking. My life is not the same. I'll never go back to this place and if we all stick together and help each other, none of us will. These videos were hard for me to watch. You might have the same problem. But I want them to help someone. I live to encourage and inspire others.
