Thanks for your encouragement, Mary Catherine. I hope this liquid diet is preparation for my own smooth surgery. Daydreaming about being a size 4 is a good distraction from the hunger. Congratulations on your successes!
The other posts are accuarte in what they're saying. Another thing is that you're taste buds will change. There will be things that you'll find that you can't handle anymore and others will really be more enjoyable.
