I love that one, I will use this comment if you don't mind.  Some people have car payments, you have a "body" payments.  Excellent.  And there is no deprecation with with a "body " payment like there is with a car payment.  You are looking Good!.  You have some great ideas/

I am self pay also.  My insurance told me they wil never cover it.  While I am doing it for health reasons, I have to be able to pay for it as well.  My Dr. office told me it will pay for itself and I'm sure it will, but the protein shakes, bars and vitamins are so expensive (they want me to buy theirs).  I would love for people to let me know where they buy theirs for cheaper (but still taste good).  Thank you!

Yes there are these expenses, but you can shop around for other protein.  Costco has some good prices and they are just as good and some are better.  In the long run you are so right you do recover your money.  And the best part is that you will have good health again and there isn't a price to put on that.

I get my protein drinks from Costco "Premier Protein Drinks and I also get their protein bars.  All good and for 18 (11 oz) drink boxes it cost be about  $25.00.  The protein bars are good, but too much for me to eat all at one time.  The Protein drinks have 30 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar.

There is NO way I could ever put a price on the quality of my healthy.  It is truly priceless.  I am thankful everday I get out of bed that I am 10 times more healthy than I had been for the last 30 years.  I gave tooooooooo many days of my life away being FAT, and never again.
