Yeah,the carbs screw me wvwey time,even the veggie ones. Try a high protein diet and skip the verries for a while and see if you notice a difference. Eat meat,chicken,seafood,cheeses,cottage cheese etc.

Good deal,lol. You might also throw a protein shake or two in there,too.
If you do have to lose 10% preop a good way to do it is having 3-4 protein shakes a day and a salad wwith meat,chicken of fish once a day,plus broth,sf jello,etc.
