not a joke, needing serious help.....
You need to get to a therapist. I know from your past posts that you were talking as if this weight gain was out of the blue..http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/amos/4373200/massivly-quck -weight-gain-wtf/#36148955 however, your previous posts show a pattern of compulsive eating.. and now you are again posting the likely cause of the fast regain is your eating issues.. Please, seek therapy now before it gets worse. You have been to your Dr and have gotten your labs, but you KNOW where the problem lies, so take charge of it, with the best help you can find!
Good luck, you can beat this!

I can completely related...I had the SAME cravings for Cheezits about 6 months post op. They were the "first", non surgery related snack I tried. When I had surgery on my leg..I started to nibble on them as comfort food and then they became a crutch. Once I realized what was going on...I had to clean the house of Cheezits! I even had hubby do the shopping for a few months so I wouldn't buy them. You can beat this Cheezit addicition. WOMAN, DON'T LET THOSE DELECTABLE LITTLE BAKED PILLOWs OF CHEESY GOODNESS MESS UP YOUR PROGRESS~! Eat cheese instead!

sorry, I just assumed you weren't really suicidal and we shouldn't be guessing about things like that.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
PM me if you are interested in either of these.

Mine may not be the most popular opinion but it sounds like you have an addiction to refined carbs. I understand completely. I regained 100lbs with my first WLS because I could not stop eating them. I really believe that along with the mental obsession it is a physical addiction. Once I put things with refined carbs into my body it sets up a craving where that is all I want to eat.
There is only one way to treat it. Yes, you can, and should, go to therapy, OA or some other kind of treatment but the first step is to abstain from refined carbs completely. Not a crumb. For some that is extreme but if you truly are a refined carb addict it is the only way. It is like alcohol to an alcohol to an alcoholic. One drink is too many and a thousand isn't enough.
You need to go through carb detox. How you do that is personal. For me it took major surgery and several days of being out of it on drugs to be able to stop. It took several week for the cravings to end. It took months to be relatively happy about it.
If you really can't stop eating them you may have to seek some kind of inpatient treatment for eating disorders. Most people don't have to go that far. Get rid of all the refined carbs in your path. Make a plan for eating that includes lots of fluids and protein. Don't put it off until tomorrow. Start right now, no matter what you have eaten today.
You can do it. I am here if you need to talk.
